Statement to Voters:

I am an Economist with Southern California Edison, specializing in the regulation of Renewable Energy Resources. As such I am keenly aware of the various economic and regulatory issues facing renewable energy in the state. Prior to my service with Southern California Edison, I was an Economics Professor, specializing in Public Choice and Public Policy.

The role of the Committee Secretary is largely one of providing information. The WREGIS system is a complicated one and will likely become largers and more complicated as we move nearer its operational date. As such, in order for SAC members to make appropriate and informed decisions regarding issues facing WREGIS, they must be given complete and accurate information regarding all meetings and discussions of the Committee.

If elected, I will be responsible for attending all in-person and telephone meetings of the Committee and providing accurate information regarding those meetings. While I am employed by Southern California Edison, as Secretary I will provide complete and accurate recording keeping and convey such information to all SAC members, regardless of affiliation.
