Statement to Voters:

I believe my experience in building, operating, and using tracking systems will allow me to carefully and thoughtfully evaluate the operation of the WREGIS program so that it meets the needs of the members of the Stakeholder Advisory Committee. It is stated that "the SAC will advise the WREGIS Administrator and the WREGIS Committee on the implementation and operation of the WREGIS program [and] develop recommendations based upon a majority vote of its members to forward to the WREGIS Committee Chair". I would appreciate being able to represent the members of the SAC in the role of Vice Chair of this Committee.

Since starting Clean Power Markets in 2000, I have been actively involved in developing renewable energy tracking systems in Wisconsin, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Prior to this, I was actively involved in developing the green market in California at APX, and instituting the first program to trade green attributes separately from commodity power. I have worked with all types of stakeholders, including regulators, LSEs, renewable generators, brokers, and others, which has allowed me to understand the needs of these varied stakeholder constituencies. Based on this experience and interest in making tracking systems work, I will listen to the needs of the WREGIS stakeholders and actively represent them on this committee.
