There are a total of four seats that can be nominated. In 2010 the Industry / Load Serving Entity and the Industry / Generating Unit seats were filled and will serve a 2 year term. In 2009, the Industry / Other and the State / Provincial Representative seats were filled and will serve a 2 year term. These seats are up for re-election this year, 2011.
